Balfour will be on campus for the Grad Fair (located outside the Commons) to sell graduation announcements on Tuesday, February 19, 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and Wednesday, February 20, 9:00 - 11:30 a.m.   Also, graduates can pick up their caps, hoods and robes on Thursday, May 2, 2:00-4:00 p.m., Friday, May 3, 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., and on Saturday, May 4, 7:00-9:30 a.m., in the Bookstore.  Please note that you must pick up your own academic attire (items will not be given to anyone else) and your RC identification will be needed to pick up the attire.

In the upcoming weeks, you will receive information directly from Professional Framing Company (an agent for the RC Bookstore) regarding a frame for your diploma.  We will have a limited quantity of frames in the Bookstore during the week of graduation; however, Professional Framing can ship the frame directly to your home.  Please watch for the brochure in your mail.  Your diploma will be approximately 14 x 17.  Traditional blue and gold ribbons will be presented with your diploma. 

We do want to remind you that you will be presented with your official RC diploma as you walk on Commencement Day (except as stated by the Registrar's Office).
