We provide healthy choices at all meals, if you need some help in being creative please do not hesitate to ask one of our chefs.  We have nutritional information available for many of our regular items posted at our stations and a more complete list in our nutrition guide located at the entrance of the commons.  Variety is the spice of life!  Eat different kinds of foods for optimal nutrition it's all about the balance, all types of foods can have their place in a healthy diet. Each food group has its own unique benefits imperative to your well-being.

Healthy Options Program

Eating healthy on campus can feel difficult. In an effort to support you making smarter choices, we are rolling out the Healthy Options Program. This program highlights entrees and side items approved by our Dietitian. Beth Ingemie, MS, RD, has reviewed our menu, recipes and ingredients to select options that will fill your diet with lean protein, whole grain, healthy fats, fresh fruits and vegetables. Each item is denoted with the green "Thumbs Up" as seen above. When planning healthier meals, look for the Thumbs Up icon online, in front of The Commons, and even at the point of selection.
