Fay Cronin came to Roanoke College in 2000 as Manager of the Cafeteria and Catering just in time for the opening of the Colket Center. Her previous work included working as Banquet Manager at La Masion Restaurant, Catering Manager at The Roanoke Marriot Hotel and Liberty University. Since Fay’s arrival at Roanoke College our customers dining experience has been raised to a new level. Theme meals with live entertainment and decorations add a special flare to events in the Commons. Catering has taken on a new look, raising the bar of excellence with new menus and service.
