Roanoke College Helpdesk
The Roanoke College Helpdesk is staffed by Student Assistants trained in troubleshooting computer problems.
Occasionally, all helpdesk telephone lines are tied up, and you will be transferred to voice mail. You may leave a message, and your call will be logged. When you call, it is helpful to be clear in stating exactly what your question is.

Upcoming Events:Scheduled downtime is planned for Friday, May 4th, beginning at 6PM and ending by 8AM on Saturday, May 5th. However, there are no major outages planned during this window. All systems will go through their scheduled reboot at 3AM on Saturday morning after Microsoft patches have been applied.
