Roanoke College Helpdesk

The Roanoke College Helpdesk is staffed by Student Assistants trained in troubleshooting computer problems.

Occasionally, all helpdesk telephone lines are tied up, and you will be transferred to voice mail. You may leave a message, and your call will be logged. When you call, it is helpful to be clear in stating exactly what your question is.

Upcoming Events:

Friday, May 17th, is the next scheduled IT maintenance window. Please plan for the possibility of systems being unavailable between 6:00pm on Friday and 8:00am Saturday morning.

·         Patches will be applied to Colleague (Datatel) resulting in the system restarts

·         Upgrade to Exchange, (back end of Faculty/Staff email) potential for faculty/staff email to experience sporadic down time

·         Back end network maintenance causing sporadic internet access issues
