How To Set Up A Mailbox

First Time Setup for Faculty or Staff

• On your VoIP phone, press the messages button
• You will be asked to put in your password, the default is 1024
• The voicemail box will welcome you.  Please listen to the entire tutorial
• First, you must put your name on
• Secondly, a greeting
• Thirdly, a new password
• Please listen until the tutorial is finished
