Transferring a Call

  • While the caller is on the line press your transfer button on your LCD screen
  • When a dial tone is heard enter the extension (if you want to transfer to someone's cell phone, press 9 + 1 + area code + the phone number) 
  • After the first ring, press the transfer button on the LCD screen again
