iPhone/iPod Email Setup

Setting Up Email for your iPhone or iPod Touch

To set up the mail client on your iPhone or iPod Touch to receive your email:

1. From your home menu, select Settings.
2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
3. Under Accounts, select Add Account...
4. Select Microsoft Exchange
5. For email, put in your Roanoke College email address (Your user name@mail.roanoke.edu)
6. For Username, put your entire email address (username@mail.roanoke.edu). 
7. For password, put your email password.
8. Press next. 
9. The account will verify and under Email, a box labeled Server will appear.
10. In the Server box type: pod51000.outlook.com
11. Press next.
12. On the next screen, make sure Mail is turned on, and press Save.
