The main search box provides an integrated searching capability so that a single query simultaneously searches the library's catalog and the majority of the library's other electronic resources. Using the left-hand column of the results page enables you to narrow and filter the results by date, subject terms, and specific databases. Select a Research Guide or particular title from the Complete list of resources if you want to search within only one resource at a time.
You will find here an alphabetical listing of all electronic resources available through Fintel Library along with a brief description of each resource and an individualized link for each one's off-campus access where available.
Reserves are special readings assigned by professors for specific classes and located at the Lending Services desk. Readings have limited borrowing privileges and must be read within the library. You may search for readings by either the professor's or course's name.
Fintel Library subscribes to several hundred magazines and journals in addition to providing access to thousands of full-text titles electronically. Using Find a Journal you can determine whether the library owns or provides access to a specific title.
Fintel Librarians, serving as subject liaisons, have crafted Research Guides for each academic discipline. Here you will find listed the most helpful databases for your subject; encyclopedias and other reference tools; a topical list of full-text journals; and recommended web sites.
