Mission
Leadership Roanoke is designed to educate and empower students to take on leadership roles at Roanoke College. Additionally, the program offers students the opportunity to explore and encourage their leadership potential and abilities through education of leadership theories and practices, as well as personal leadership exploration.

Program Overview
Leadership Roanoke consists of five leadership development programs. Each program will be facilitated by faculty and staff members with the assistance of student-leader mentors. Leadership Roanoke participants are also encouraged to participate in other leadership development events including the Blue Ridge Summit leadership conference and Leadership Lessons panel discussions.
