At Roanoke College, we have over 100 organizations, a wide range of religious groups, and hundreds of events, outdoor adventures, lectures and service opportunities. With so many outlets available to students, we can definitely say that there's something for everyone here.  Find an organization that interests you during the fall activities fair. This year's fair is scheduled for Friday, August 30th and will coincide with the first FOTQ. To get more information on the various clubs and organizations associated with Roanoke, click here to connect with RC Engage.

Friday on the Quad brings students, faculty and the Salem community together on Friday afternoons to celebrate good weather, food, entertainment and friends. FOTQ happens every Friday of first semester, as long as the weather permits. It's a barbeque-style buffet that allows students to use their Maroon Cards, the same as a regular commons meal. The dates for this year's FOTQs are September 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th.

Every year on the day before the official basketball season starts, the annual Maroon Madness event takes place. The basketball team members are introduced, along with the team coaches and staff. Fall sports are celebrated for their achievements and recognition they earned throughout the season. Then, the fun and games begin with relay races, dunking contests, three-pointer contest and half-court shot, to name a few activities.
