Internships: Real Experience with a Research Angle
Traditional internships, while valuable, usually involve on-the-job training assignments, but some Roanoke internships incorporate a strong research component.
During the past few years, Roanoke College Biology students have performed internships at biotechnology companies such as:
- Hospitals such as Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital
- Doctor offices
- Zoos such as Mill Mountain Zoo
