Teaching English Language Learners
Students may earn a license to teach English as a Second Language (TESL) in PreK-12 public and private schools. A concentration in TESL is also available should you be interested in working with speakers of other languages in non-school venues throughout the United States and abroad.

Paul Hanstedt was one of the campus leaders when RC revised its general education curriculum. He published "General Education Essentials: A Guide for College Faculty" earlier this year. As a Fulbright Scholar, he advised universities in Hong Kong.
