American Literature Minor

Students who complete a minor in American Literature will choose from a variety of literature courses designed to provide both an overview and an in-depth study of the important works and writers of the United States.

Requirements

A minor in American literature requires six units, including ENGL 250, either 220 or 260, 339, and any three from ENGL 302, 304, 310, 312, 315, or as appropriate from ENGL 301, 308, 350, 405, 406, 407, 495, 496, or 497.
