Current Roanoke College Students

January

The FAFSA (Free Application for Free Student Aid), PIN's or Renewal FAFSA available to file online. The FAFSA or Renewal application must be completed each year in order to receive Federal money.

February

Deadline to apply for IL term loans.

March

Deposits must be paid in order to pre-register for Fall classes.

March

Early award notifications are mailed on ALL student who have completed the FAFSA by March 1st.

May

Results of the FAFSA or Renewal application must be in the Roanoke College Financial Aid Office to be awarded any Federal funds for the next academic term.

Award Letters are mailed to all pre-registered students for the next academic term.

June

Plus Loan applications are due into the Roanoke College Financial Aid Office.

August

Deadline to return all necessary forms and applications (i.e., loan applications, the terms of acceptance and verification materials-if applicable).

October

Pre-Registration begins for spring term classes.

"Holds" will be put on any incomplete financial aid accounts. Those students will not be allowed to pre-register for spring classes until the balance is taken care of.

November

Spring Term bills will be mailed by the Business Office.

December

Payment is due for spring term to the Business Office.
