The person responsible for this request is cautioned that:
"the room is not available for use until the reservation has been confirmed by Event Scheduling. Please be aware that requesting a certain room does not guarantee that it will be available. Please check your room assignment when picking up the key."

Room keys should be picked up by the sponsor from the Information Desk in the Colket Center and returned during business hours (9:00 am – 7:00 pm) immediately after use or left in the drop box on the 2nd floor of Monterey.

Guest can not change check-in date or time or check-out date or time without checking with Event Scheduling. No animals are allowed unless service related.

Please notify Event Scheduling immediately if room requested will not be used when reserved.

Event Scheduling reserves the right to cancel or change reservations for the needs of the College.
