SALEM, Va. -As a conclusion to Roanoke College's annual Winterfest event, the campus activities board presents a comedy concert featuring comedians Kristin Key and Jen Kober on Saturday, February 9 at 8 p.m. in the Colket Center's Wortmann Ballroom. Tickets are on sale and may be purchased from the Colket Center Box Office by calling (540) 378-5125. Tickets are $5 in advance and $8 at the door.
Kober, a Southern style comedian and lover of all things food, is rounding the country on a college tour with her new CD and DVD, "Mind the Flap!" Kober has shared the stage with comedians Dane Cook, Rosanne, Carlos Mencia and Dana Carvey. Key, who will be opening for Kober, is a preacher's kid gone wild who has earned her title honestly and will give you a taste of her personality and fearless style of comedy.
