Meet the Staff

The staff of the Counseling Center comes from a variety of educational backgrounds and theoretical orientations. We tailor our therapeutic techniques on an individual basis to meet the needs of each student. We work to support the development of all students regardless of their ethnicity, race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, and country of origin or economic background.

Colleen Quigley, MS

Colleen A. Quigley, MS

Ms. Quigley earned her BS in Psychology cum laude with departmental honors from Union College in Schenectady, NY. She  MS degree in Counseling Psychology at Radford University. She has completed graduate coursework in Social Work at Boston University. She has been at RC since September 2008.

Mollie Guzo, MA

Ms. Guzo earned her BS in Psychology and Health and Community Services cum laude from Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC. She earned her MA in Counselor Education from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. She joined RC in August 2014.

Beth Wilson, Ph.D.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Temporary Counselor

Dr. Wilson earned her BA in Psychology from Wake Forest University in North Carolina, She earned her MA degree in Psychological Sciences from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA and her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Indiana University in 2006.



Kathy Russo
Office Coordinator

Mrs. Russo divides her time between the Counseling Center and the Chaplain's Office.   She has a Certificate in Religious Education, a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Pastoral Life and Administration, and a Specialized Certificate in Christian Spirituality, all earned from Loyola University, New Orleans.
