Student job description:

A mentor is a representative and promoter of the Office of Multicultural Affairs, therefore must have these qualities and requirements.

• Mentor must have a cumulative GPA of 2.3 and above.
• A strong promoter of the office and understand the main message of the office, "Diversity means all of us!"
• Conduct themselves professionally at all times.
• Serve as a role model to the incoming freshmen who participate in the BonD program.
• Communicate and work well with others, be a good listener and be willing to meet new people.
• All events are MANDATORY.
• Most importantly have fun!
