It says I have a hold on my account.
- First, check webadvisor to see if you do in fact have a hold on your account. If so, you should contact the business office.
- If it says you do not have any holds, contact Residence Life at 540-375-2308. We can check it out!
It says that the web service is closed for maintenance.
The web service needs to be worked on each night to prepare for the next day. If it says it is closed for maintenance, there is nothing wrong with your account and you should check back at a later time.
It says that the application is not available to me.
