RC Poll: Virginians split on Medicaid expansion, but oppose unilateral action; think McDonnell acted wrongly

For the second year, the Roanoke Valley colleges have teamed up to co-sponsor the Kendig awards, recognizing individuals, businesses and organizations in the arts.
