High Street remains blocked because of electrical damage from last Thursday's storm. Some campus buildings are still without power. It may be Thursday before repairs are completed.

Roanoke graduate receives Fulbright grant to study in China

Kathleen Ouyang '13 is headed to China this summer for a 14-month language learning and research trip through the Fulbright U.S. Student Program. She will research the impact of heritage tourism in the city of Xi'an.

The Rev. Chris Bowen comes to Roanoke College from St. Michael Lutheran Church in Virginia Beach. He will begin his work at Roanoke in July.
