Admission to public health programs is competitive. Master's level programs require a bachelor's or professional degree. Other admission requirements vary, but generally, one should have at least a 3.0-grade point average and meet a specified minimum score on the Graduate Record Examination (GRE).
Undergraduate Preparation: Undergraduate students can major in any academic discipline, but should have relevant courses in biology, chemistry, psychology, sociology, and health and human performance. We offer a major and minor and minor in public health as well.
