For all students planning to enroll at Roanoke, the 2025-26 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is now available and is based upon 2023 tax information. The FAFSA form should be completed as soon as possible for maximum award consideration, especially for those students that applied Early Decision. All students should complete the FAFSA no later than March 1.
International applicants should complete the international student financial aid application.

| December 1 or before | Complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) in order to be eligible for federal funds or need-based funds. |
| May | Deadline to deposit for fall term. Your deposit is your confirmation you will be attending Roanoke College. |
| June | Complete Direct Student Loan Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note (MPN) online if you have been awarded these loans. Loan funds will not be applied to student's account until items are completed. |

| August | Payment of the student's Fall tuition balance is due in the Business Office. |
| September | STRICT DEADLINE - ALL STUDENTS AWARDED TUITION ASSISTANCE GRANT MUST HAVE THE APPLICATION IN THE ROANOKE COLLEGE FINANCIAL AID OFFICE BY SEPTEMBER 15th. |
| November | Spring billing available in Self Service student portal & Person Proxy for parents. |
| December | Payment for spring term due to the Business Office. |
| December 1 or before | Complete the FAFSA for renewal of financial aid as a returning student. |
