This year's Alumni Weekend brings the usual fare as well as some new additions, including an alumni/student networking event, social media ambassador reception, family karaoke night, a rite of remembrance and the first annual Noke Hour.

The Paper Blooms Project is an art initiative over two years in the making that has finally come to flourish. The exhibit features individually hand-crafted paper flowers by the community, for the community.

Dr. M. Gilbert Dunn, a revered member of the Roanoke College faculty, died Aug. 18, 2017. Dunn had critical role in College's PBK chapter.

From July 24-29, Roanoke and 23 other colleges are teaming up to promote campus visits for Virginia Private College week, an annual six-day initiative sponsored by the Council of Independent Colleges in Virginia. 

A revised ramp, sidewalk and patio area, and door at the back of the Life Science building and a mailroom intercom/video system were installed in the past few months. 

The new Eco House community, located on the first floor of Crawford Hall, will house students who are passionate about the environment and want to learn more about environmental sustainability.
