Heidi F. Krisch was born o May 15, 1942 in Homburg/Saur, Germany. She attended the University of Saarbruecken and graduated in 1962 with a degree in Business. She went onto attended Hotel School Lausanne and graduate in 1964 with a degree in Hotel Management. Heidi finished her education at Roanoke College and graduated in 1971.
Heidi's involvement in the community included service on the boards of the American Red Cross, the Roanoke Symphony, and Southwest Virginia Opera Society, and The Arts Council of Roanoke Valley.
Heidi was also the president of the Roanoke Symphony Associate and second vice chairman of the American Red Cross. The Chairman's Award, "Volunteer of the Year," was presented to her for 1987-1988. She was also inducted into the Equita Society, which is a national award for service excellence.
Heidi and her husband Jack Loeb, Jr. reside in Roanoke, Virginia.
Heidi F. Krisch received the Roanoke College Medal in 1989.
