If you are participating in spring RC Success, you must complete the RC Success Contract.
Choosing Not to Participate in RC Success
Students on Academic Warning are highly encouraged to participate in the RC Success Program. If you decide not to participate, you must complete the RC Success Waiver Notification Form instead of the contract. Filling out the form below means you are NOT partcipating in the program and will waive the college assistance to you during your term of academic warning. Before completing this form, you should take time to think about your options.
