About Us
The Instructional Technology Resource Center (ITRC) staff provides full support of all A/V classroom technology and instructional computing stations. This support includes general assistance, troubleshooting, and repair of PCs, overhead projectors, video/data LCD projectors, DVD and VCR players, television monitors, and sound systems.

Services
Workers at the Instructional Technology Resource Center provide many services for students, faculty, and staff of Roanoke College.
These by appointment services include:
- In person classroom technology support and training
- Presentation Setups and Assistance

Recording and minor editing of video content from events

Zoom meeting and other conference support

A/V technology installations/upgrades

Loaning of presentation A/V equipment

Support and training of specialized media production spaces

Academic Events
We offer a limited amount of A/V equipment to help facilitate small to medium events on campus that require projectors, screens, laptops, clickers, speakers, and microphones. Please submit an equipment request if you require such services using our equipment request form or at support.roanoke.edu. Please note that we request at least two weeks advanced notice for any requests.
Please note that the ITRC does not own or store equipment for large events such as conferences. However, we do provide consulting services and assistance to help you contact local audiovisual and media companies for the rental of equipment that is necessary to stage a large campus event.
