Judge Wilkinson speaks for annual Constitution Day celebration

On September 26, Roanoke College hosted its annual Constitution Day event. An audience of over 250 faculty, students, and members of the local legal community listened to Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson, a federal appeals court judge, discuss his recent book, "All Falling Faiths: Reflections on the Promise and Failures of the 1960s." Judge Wilkinson shared his thoughts about the impact of the 1960s on the rule of law and other important American institutions.
