Roanoke represents Oman at the Model U.N.

Roanoke represented the state of Oman at the National Model United Nations annual conference in New York City. Senior and Head Delegate Shatahra Jordan spoke on the floor of the General Assembly First Committee, which addressed topics such as cyber security, the threat of transnational organized crime, and efforts to control weapons of mass destruction.

The conference closed in the General Assembly Hall of the U.N. The delegation included five delegates: Souroush Abdul-Fatah, Zach Ryan, Diana Kamili, S. Jordan and Paul Manville.
