New Faces on Campus

New Roanoke staff members span various campus departments, including Athletics, Fintel Library, Residence Life and Student Activities.
Welcome to Roanoke
Joe Boucher '87, director of Student Activities & the Colket Center — While Joe Boucher is just beginning his role at Roanoke, you may already be familiar with him and his work as producer of hit t.v. shows, "The Simpsons" and "King of the Hill." At Roanoke, he will oversee campus activities and student life.
Chris Kilcoyne '02, director of Athletic Communications — Chris Kilcoyne returns to Roanoke College with 14 years of college athletics administration experience at the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, Randolph-Macon College and the Atlantic 10 Conference. He will be responsible for general athletic communications, "Tuesday Night Live," the live streaming of athletic events and sports coverage of Roanoke College's 19 varsity sports teams.
Elizabeth McClenney, director of Fintel Library — Elizabeth McClenney has worked in libraries at a number of institutions, including the Atlanta University Center, the University of California-Santa Barbara, Virginia State University, Old Dominion University and William & Mary. As the new director of Fintel Library, she will oversee lending services, library operations and Fintel communications.
Jimmy Whited, director of Residence Life and Housing — Prior to Roanoke, Jimmy Whited was the director of Housing at Emory & Henry College and area director at William & Mary. His responsibilities at Roanoke include overseeing the hall programming model, helping to foster campus community, coordinating housing selection and supervising staff and students.
