Shelley Olds ranked as top American cyclist in the world

RC alumna Shelley Olds '03 placed a fantastic fifth place in Sunday's inaugural La Course, the Tour de France's new women's event. Olds currently is the top-ranked American cyclist in the world, according to VeloNews cycling magazine. The pre-race VeloNews article quoted Coach Phil Benne, who coached Olds in soccer when she was a student.
