Study Abroad Informational Session at Roanoke College is a platform designed to inform families about the wide array of study abroad opportunities that the college offers. During the event, families can gather comprehensive information about the different programs, destinations, cultural experiences, academic options, and practical details related to studying abroad. This session serves as an important resource for families who want to understand the possibilities for their students to engage in international education and broaden their horizons through global learning experiences.
FOTQ - Friday on the Quad: Dragonfest!
5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Back Quad (Rain Location: Colket Center, Sutton Commons)
Sponsored by the Colket Center and Dining Services with live music. All families, students, faculty, & staff are welcome for a picnic dinner and dragons - a time to sit around and tell tales, listen to live music, hang out with Vikings, visit with the Virginia Museum of Natural History, kiss a dragon, hang out with dragons in need of new lairs, play games and more! Cost: $12 per adult, $5.00 per child 5-10, & no charge for children 4 & under. Students, simply show your ID as you go through the line. Faculty, & staff please show your Maroon Card at the information desk to get a ticket. For your convenience, meal tickets can also be picked up from the tent on the Back Quad from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. (Students, faculty, and staff must show their Maroon Cards at FOTQ).
WRKE – Radio Station Open House

Join us for a spectacular showcase featuring the Roanoke College Jazz Ensemble, the Roanoke College Choir, and a lineup of incredible student soloists. This musical smorgasbord will delight you with a medley of tunes from Broadway hits and popular classics that are sure to leave you entertained and amazed.
Tickets for this unforgettable show are available at the incredible price of $3 for Roanoke College students with their ID and just $5 for the general public. It's an opportunity to enjoy musical talent, all while supporting our dedicated student performers.
