How does it work?
Students recommended by Roanoke College faculty are eligible to be considered for the Select Scholars program and its many benefits — including a dedicated admissions counselor, grad school preparation resources and opportunities to complete certain program requirements early.
Those who apply by the priority deadline of Dec. 1, 2024, also secure a 50% tuition scholarship. Those who apply after that date are eligible for a 35% tuition scholarship.
What are the requirements?
Students of all majors can be considered for Select Scholars. Applicants need an overall GPA of 3.2 or higher (3.5 or higher is recommended) and must be in good academic standing at Roanoke College.
Three letters of recommendation are required, including two from Roanoke College faculty, as well as an approval form signed by a faculty advisor.
GRE scores and application fees are waived as part of a streamlined admissions process.
