Olin Hall Galleries at Roanoke College maintains a year-round schedule of solo and group exhibitions, gallery talks, and other events. National and international artists working in a variety of media are carefully chosen to enrich the educational experience within the college and the greater community. As part of a Liberal Arts College, collaborating with other departments is key to our connection with the campus community so we take special interest to concepts and work that can transcend the gallery to other areas of interests.
Exhibitions are scheduled for approximately 4 - 5 weeks.
Artists are invited to attend the opening reception and deliver a gallery talk.
Occasionally, artists are invited to conduct a workshop for students and/or the public. If you wish to submit a proposal for a workshop, please indicate this in your email
All media and styles are considered, as well as proposals by curators.
To be considered for an exhibition, artists may submit their images by sending a link to preferred image database or website.
Requirements: 20 images, resume, a statement about the work and other supporting materials.
Please submit proposals to mlogan@roanoke.edu.
