Dr. Valerie Banschbach and Nicole Sabilia '19 were part of an RC group who attended a climate change justice rally in Washington, D.C. in honor of Pope Francis.

Within the past year, the Roanoke faculty, students and administration have made strides in campus-wide environmental awareness.

Glenn Rhodes'15 has created RC Divest at Roanoke College. His efforts, along with those of other Roanoke students, recently were recognized.

The teach-in invites all faculty, no matter the department, to spend one class period on March 12 or 13 discussing climate change.
