Students considering continuing education and/or graduate school are strongly encouraged to engage a faculty mentor who has studied in a like or similar field; and/or seek participation in one of the pre-professional advising groups available on campus (pre-law, Health Professions Advisory Group, and others).
Students can request assistance searching for and applying to graduate school, licensure programs, or specialized training by scheduling an appointment with the PLACE staff.

Roanoke College is pleased to offer the opportunity to apply for a grant to help offset the cost of test prep courses. The exams for which we can offer prep courses include: GRE, LSAT, MCAT, GMAT, DAT, OAT, and PCAT. The College offers grants for students to enroll in LIVE, ONLINE courses only. Reviews for grant applications for the 2023-2024 academic year will begin June 1st, 2023 for classes beginning in July.
