Basic Leadership Practices: Focus on the Disney Company
Course Overview:
This course offers an in-depth study of leadership styles, leadership communication techniques, and leadership ethics, all within the context of the Disney Company. The course includes two weeks on campus, featuring guest speakers, followed by a five-day immersive experience at Disney World. Students will be required to work collaboratively in groups, engage in practical exercises, and participate in discussions to apply leadership principles. The curriculum also includes reading a designated book and completing various writing assignments inspired by the Disney Imagination Campus workshops. The final syllabus is to be determined. Through this comprehensive approach, students will develop a robust understanding of effective leadership practices and their real-world applications.

Program Fee: $2,900
What is included:
The program fee includes airfare, transportation from MCO (airport) to and from Walt Disney World, accommodations, five-day park ticket (with Park Hopper and water park), group dinner at Hoop-dee-Doo Musical at Disney World on the first evening of the trip, transportation within the parks, four lunch/dinner vouchers to be used at Walt Disney World, and three Disney Imagination Workshops held at EPCOT (two workshops) and Magic Kingdom (one workshop).

On top of souvenirs, students will need to cover several meals at Disney World, including breakfasts, snacks, and some lunches and dinners.
